I had the opportunity to go to the WWW site

www.who.ch/hpr to obtain the Health Promotion Glossary.

Once you get their you can download Adobe Reader if you don't already have it and
if you have a printer with enough memory you can download a "perfect book
version" of the document.

I recommend that over asking it to be sent by e-mail.
