First I'd like to say hello. I will be standing in for Heather McMillan
while she is on maternity leave and will test your patience from time to
time - patience is a virtue.

In preparation for the conference at Brock University in June I am putting
together a list of vendors for the trade show portion of the conference.  It
would be greatly appreciated if you would provide me with the names of
services, conservation-digital-pest control-etc., that you have found to be
beneficial and feel that they would be of assistance to your fellow
archivists.  I would also like to have the names of companies that you may
be interested in but have not had the chance to contact - let's make the
conference the opportunity to do so.  Please provide the full address and
contact names.

The success of any endeavor is preparation, interest and support.  your
support will ensure the success of the summer's conference at Brock
University.
