Morgenstern's papers are in the Special Collections Library at Duke  
University. It would be surprising if the copyrights were not in fact  
held by O.M.'s widow, Dorothy Thomas Morgenstern, whom we  
continue to work with as she is quite active in helping to make sure  
the archives remain useful to scholars. The Director of Special  
Collections, Robert L. Byrd ([log in to unmask]), can provide
