The History of Economic Society welcomes nominations for the  
Society's 1999 Best Article Competition.  The award will be presented  
at the 2000 meeting of the Society to be held at the University of British  
Columbia, in Vancouver, BC.  Any article on the history of economic  
thought published in 1999 is elegible.  For detailed information about  
the competition, including past winners, see the Society's webpage  
(http://www.eh.net/HisEcSoc/).  We ask that nominators limit  
themselves to 1 nomination. 
 
To submit a nomination, please send 3 copies of the paper to:
