The History of Economics Society invites proposals for a special session 
to recognize the work of young scholars.  The Young Scholars Session will 
be held at the 28th Annual Meeting of the HES (June 29-July 2), Wake 
Forest University, in Winston-Salem, NC. This year, participants in the 
Young Scholars Session will receive a Society membership (including a 
subscription to JHET), and will attend the Society banquet as guests of 
the HES. 
 
Scholars who are working on a PhD in the History of Economic  
Thought or a related field, or who have completed their doctorate  
within the past 2 years, are invited to submit paper proposals for this  
session.  Please send proposals of no more than 200 words, to
