Apologies for Cross-Postings

This new program could be of some interest to archives, especially the
"Capacity Building" component. This component apparently is designed to
help individual arts and heritage organizations to improve their
administrative, organizational and financial structures.

First deadline for submissions is April 15, 2002. More information is
