Dear Colleagues:

We are thinking of publishing a heritage (history) book about our
organization.
(children's' rehab center).

We plan to do all the research and most of the writing internally. Also plan
to use our own photographs.

We will need an editor and of course have to find a publisher.

Do any of you have any experience in this matter?

What are the pitfalls? What are the costs involved? Approximately how much
should the individual be paid who does research ?, who coordinates the
project?

Information, comments, advice would be very welcome.
