Dear Colleagues,
Once again, TAAG and the City of Toronto Archives are sponsoring Step Into
Your Archives,
a Doors Open event, on Saturday May 24th.
This popular event attracts many visitors who are interested in finding out
what Archives are all about.
Why not take this opportunity to meet the public in a new and fun way, by
volunteering at Step
Into Your Archives? We need people to act as greeters and shepherds, help
with manning displays
and assist with the children's activities.
If you could join us for half a day: 9:30 to 1:00 or 1:00 to 4:30, please
let me know by May 5th.
Don't forget, volunteering at Step Into Your Archives is a great way to make
new contacts and
to promote your own Archives to the public.
