A challenging opportunity exists to be part of the Archives of Ontario
management team. You will be provide leadership to a team of staff
responsible for providing public access to the records - both government and
private - held by AO. Your role will be to ensure high quality customer
service and to apply technology and efficient business processes to meet
current and anticipated customer service needs.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong team leadership skills; demonstrated client service
orientation; creative approach to service delivery; understanding of the
role of AO; sound judgement; strong interpersonal, negotiation and consensus
-building skills; good communication skills; flexible approach to
problem-solving and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
