I don't have enough time  to check the necessary sources to  
reconstruct the conceptual history of "labour theory of value" but  
don't blame Kautsky or Lenin for inventing the very term. For example  
 Eugen von Boehm-Bawerk used it in the first volume of Kapital und  
Kapitalzins (1884). Smith and Ricardo were the founders of the labour  
theory of value ("Urheber der Arbeitswerttheorie").
