There is a long (about 80K) online bibliography by Mason Gaffney at

        http://echonyc.com:70/0/Cul/HGS/neoclass

for his "Neo-classical Economics as a Stratagem against Henry George",
5 July, 1994. The bibliography is at the end of the book --how odd--
which is online in one big file (300K), without the footnotes.

(The book is now in print, entitled __The Corruption of Economics:
Neoclassical Economics ... __. So it is the bibliography that might be
especially valuable in electronic form.)
