The Yellow Ribbon Youth Suicide Awareness initiative began in 1994 in the
USA and is now gaining popularity here in New Zealand.  It's vision is to
"reduce the incidence of attempted or completed suicide by our Youth ..."

The promotional material states that it as a "programme created by young
people, for young people to proactively seek help as and when required,
whether it be for themselves or friends in need."  In each school the
initiative is driven by student volunteers or Yellow Ribbon Ambassadors and
focuses on the distribution of Yellow Ribbon Cards with the message "It's
Okay to Ask for Help"

I am looking for any evaluation reports that have been completed on Yellow
Ribbon and so far have come up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
