R. Frish used "macrodynamics" in 1933 ("Propagation Problems and Impulse 
Problems in Dynamic Economics", in Economic Essays in Honour of Gustav 
Cassel) and 1936, and adopted by Kalecki in 1935 in "A Macrodynamic Theory 
of Business Cycles", Econometrica. Kalecki attributed the term to Frisch's 
1933 article (footnote to p. 327)
