Esther-Mirjam Sent's book, _The Evolving Rationality of Rational  
Expectations: An Assessment of Thomas Sargent's Achievements_ (Cambridge  
University Press, 1998) was recently awarded the 1999 Gunnar Myrdal  
Prize of the European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy  
(EAEPE). The Prize is awarded anually for the best monograph on a theme  
broadly in accord with the EAEPE Theoretical Perspectives.
