Dear list subscriber,
You may recall my earlier posting asking for information on
lawsuits in which economists have appeared as defendants (see
http://eh.net/Archives/hes/jan-2001/viewmessage.php?url=0021.html&list=hes).
Unfortunately, the response I received was rather slim, but I have
not given up yet. I will be visiting Duke in a few weeks and plan to
search the archives there. Would you happen to have any inside
information as to whether any of the economists listed below have
been defendants in lawsuits? My search of Duke's database only turned
up lawsuits in which they had appeared as expert witnesses. Of
course, responses to my original query are still appreciated as well.
