Mirowski at Notre Dame, and Helge Peukert, at Goethe-University (Frankfurt/M). I think
Institutionalism has gone out of favor in the US (and wherever its economists dominate),
because of stock-market, equity-driven capitalism's power in this country over the last 20
years.
