I have a query about the spreading of Walrasian theory in English-speaking
countries. Through which channels could an economist writing before Jaffe's
translation of Walras' Elements of Pure Economics, e.g. Friedman writing
his 1949 Marshallian Demand Curve article, become acquainted with it?
