Point well taken, However my comment is based on an internal critique: Does 
Neo-Classical economics fulfill its own methodological criteria (some 
version of Popperian falsificationism) for what is scientific? All the 
other scientific theories that you mention do fulfill at least their own 
epistemological criteria.
