Thanks, Wesley.  I hope you will remember me.  We spent a memorable night
drinking beer at Elmira College in 1989 at the Connecticut Yankee
conference.
Among other things that night, you told me about the Mark Twain Encyclopedia
and introduced me to Jim Wilson, which were both a big help to me at that
