                          SUMMER JOB OPPORTUNITY

concrete construction industries

We are seeking an individual to establish an archiving and records
management system to ensure appropriate and permanent care for records of
historical value, in order to make them available for use both now and in
the future to archive and record historical

Specific Responsibilities:

1.   Review Aluma Systems' historical application files, photographs, 35 mm
slides and videos

2.   Develop a plan and schedule a documented process for archiving and
cataloguing. This includes:
·    Developing policy and guidelines that defines the type of material the
archives will acquire.
·    Developing a plan to make archival materials available for use by the
creators, and the organization.
·    Documenting process for material/file retrieval including transfer 35
mm to CD-ROM file format
·    Estimating budget for archiving including  documenting archival
holdings, transferring materials for retrieval, storing them properly and
securing them against theft,  damage, and environmental hazards.
·    Implementing archiving and cataloguing of current historical data.

3.   Develop plan for on-going Records and Information Management that
includes:
·    Documented process for Records and Information Management system.
·    Developing of policy and guideline for Records Management and
Information System.
·    Estimating budget to implement Records and Information Management
system, including human resources.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude. Candidates must
have a working knowledge of MS Office Ability to prioritize workload in a
multi-tasking environment. Planning and time management skills essential.
