The KGH Administrative Records Management and Archives Program invites
applications for an Archivist.

KINGSTON GENERAL HOSPITAL, Kingston, Ontario

ARCHIVIST
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Reporting to the Supervisor, the Archivist is involved in the development
and implementation of the Administrative Records Management and Archives
Program (ARMAP) throughout the hospital.  You will inventory administrative
records, develop record retention schedules, arrange/describe records and
provide specialized reference service.

NOTE:  The above duties are representative and should not be construed as
all inclusive.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will possess an Archives Technician diploma or
equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to work
independently, solid organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal
skills are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must be able to meet the physical demands of this position.
