Since we are in the mood of remembering dates, a few more occurred to me. 
 
It was 40 years ago that were published T. W. Schultz's "Transforming 
Traditional Agriculture" and Gary Beckerīs "Human Capital" 30 years ago was 
published Jacob Mincerīs "Schooling Experience and Earnings"  
 
Undoubtedly, any of these three had a lasting influence in our discipline.
