Michelle,

The Danfa Project in Ghana had a measure of success with mobile clinics
but found that it took six months of outreach education by community
health workers to build acceptance [25 years ago].  Re permanent methods,
you need to consider quick response complications. Were you able to link
clients eventually into permanent sites and move on to new areas, this
might be the best approach. Acceptability has been increased in some
countries when RH services were linked with MCH services. The following
