Twain list--

I don't know if the "Whisper" to _PW_ can be trusted as sincere, but
Twain signs it "at the Villa Viviani, village of Settignano, three
miles back of Florence" (2).  Can anyone shed light on this?  I'm
planning a trip to Italy as well, and had been thinking of inquiring
about this.  Thanks to Hal Bush and Thomas Zlatic for prompting.
