Thanks for a really terrific review.  I just want to say that I was so
impressed with the detailed reading of this book that I felt compelled to
advertise it to the LIST as a whole.  Barbara provides, in my opinion, an
example of the close scrutiny and detailed critique that every new book
deserves.  Excellent delineation of differences with Hill's earlier book.
