I need some help finding biographic information about Karl G. Karsten. He 
is author of a book: Charts and Graphs (1923, New York),and two journal 
articles: 
1924. The Theory of Quadrature in Economics. Journal of the American 
Statistical Association 19: 14-27. 
1926. The Harvard Business Indexes - A New Interpretation. Journal of the 
American Statistical Association 21: 399-418.
