----------------- HES POSTING -----------------
Carl Föhl (1901-1973) was an engineer turned economist. Schumpeter (1954),
in his _History of Economic Analysis_(p.1174) compared him favourably to
J.M. Keynes. He relied much on hydraulic models of circular flow.

Further details about him might be found in my entry under "Föhl" in:
Glasner, David (ed.) Business Cycles and Depressions. An Encyclopedia, (New
York & London: Garland) 1997, pp.240-241
