The HES Distinguished Fellow Committee (as determined by the HES  
Constitution -- Chair: Roy Weintraub; Members: Kevin Hoover and Dan  
Hammond) invites nominations for the award to be presented at HES  
2005 in Tacoma Washington. Nominations should include a statement  
about the candidate that can be the basis for the award citation, and
