at Hertfordshire, a frequent contributor on economic issues to the
Westminster Review, the Edinburgh Review, the Quarterly Review, a noted
co-discoverer of the classical doctrine of rent, and a frequent "sparing
partner" with David Ricardo on economic issues be recognized as an
economist?
