Who was the first to use the words "deadweight loss"? And to draw/identify the loss triangle? I suspect it was Gottfried Haberler in the early 1930s, but, if so, exactly when and where? Or was it Joan Robinson?

Moreover, does anyone know any paper/book telling the history of the concept & related diagram?
