What a joy it was to attend Elmira 2017.  I am still processing my
continued disbelief at having received the Henry Nash Smith Award as well
as the beautiful gift from the Mark Twain Circle.  Thank you, all.  I look
forward with eagerness to a bright future for Mark Twain Studies.
