I am not sure if this was listed : 
  
Schumpeter's The Theory of Economic Development was published in 1934. 
Seventy years ago he made the entrepreneur  the protagonist in the evolving 
drama of capitalism; but I don't think Schumpeter envisioned him as the 
Donald Trump model.
