Maybe recheck "cepa new school," looking mainly at the Lausanne School,  
Walrasian socialists, and following Maurice Allais, Etienne Antonelli,  
Gerard Debreu, and then search JSTOR texts for them and others. But for  
Perroux and Aujac it's not only their scholarly ancestry, but their  
professional practice, France and the time when they worked, "development  
plans" and so on.
