Hello;

I am working with a task-group at CDC to summarize
current programs and policies in heart and stroke
prevention that have an international component. The
information will be used in a document entitled: A
Public Health Action Plan to Prevent Heart Disease and
Stroke.

I would be pleased if you could assist me to identify
relevant programs and policies in public health units
or NGOs, primarily in the USA but also Canada and UK.
