Not "James Galbraith, Jr."; Jamie is the son of John Kenneth Galbraith.
This is the kind of thing that would drive Bob H. crazy. When I assisted
him with the 9th edition of The Making of Economic Society, he only
half-jokingly asked whether I would mind if he spelled my first name in
the more usual manner ("Matthew") in the acknowledgements, because he
was sure many would think that the correct spelling was a typo. By the
way, it is too bad that HES never honored him as a Distinguished Fellow
while he was alive and well.
