Dear Mr. Simpson,

Yes, we have a bound volume of the Union for that period (1866). I'm not
absolutely positive it will have the issues you want to photograph, but
I'll happily ask someone to look and let you. Also let you know how to
order photographs if the issues we have are those you want.
