Greetings,

This is a time of year for many people, in the northern hemisphere, to be
taking vacations and going on leave-of-absence for an extended time. If
you are someone about to go away, please consider CLICK4HP one of the
things you need to take care of before you depart, and save the list
readers from 'out-of-office' replies.

Here's some simple options for setting your subscription to 'no mail' so
that you neither receive messages while you are gone, and you are not
posting a reply inadvertently to the list.

1. Send an email message to
   <[log in to unmask]>
   *leave the Subject line blank*
   in the body fo the message type only
     SET CLICK4HP NOMAIL
     end

Then send it (the use of 'end' after the command ensures that any
signature file that you have will not be read as a 'command' thus stopping
the listserver from following your wishes).

OR
2. Go to the list archives and subscription management area at
http://www.click4hp.ca (or
http://listserv.yorku.ca/archives/click4hp.html) and in the line that says
'Join or manage subscription', click on it. If you do not have a password
yet, follow the links through setting up a password, then return and enter
it in once it is approved. You can manage your entire subscription options
through your access to your click4hp subscription page on the Internet. 
What you would want to select is under Miscellaneous: 	 check box next to
'Mail delivery disabled temporarily'. and then 'Update' at the bottom.

OR
3. Contact the CLICK4HP list administrators for help. We can do the above
actions on your behalf, and set you back up upon your return, as well as
change email addresses in your subscription, should your domain name or
address have changed since you subscribed. We can be reached at:
