I am very grateful for this link.  Thank you Philip.  Murray describes 
two roads between Kefr Hauwar and Damascus and mentions the point where, 
by tradition, is the place of Saul/Paul's conversion. There is no 
mention of Al Kiswah or El-Kisweh (Kessoué) as this location, which 
comes from Strathcarron. I wonder why this second volume never showed up 
in any of my searches.   There is no mention of a village of Christian 
haters.
