----------------- HES POSTING -----------------
The London School of Economics has recently announced the Ludwig Lachmann Research
Fellowship, a fellowship for a period of up to 3 years from October 2002 (flexible periods
possible), tenable in the philosophy department. The ad states that candidates need a
doctorate and that the field is "research in the field of economics ..... Particular
consideration will be given to candidates with an interest in the philosophical aspects of
economics and/or the "Austrian School of Economics".

If I recall correctly, previous holders of the fellowship include Dan Hausman, Philippe
Mongin and Bruce Caldwell. I will happily forward a copy of the advert to those
interested, or it can be found on the LSE website: www.lse.ac.uk
