As it happens, I have been delegated by the HES Executive to investigate   
setting up a History of Economics SSRN journal (i.e., working paper   
dissemination).  I am in the midst of discussions with the SSRN folks, and   
hope to have something constructive for the HES Executive at its January   
meeting.
