Anyone coming to the Summer Olympics or just the Atlanta area between June 1
and August 15 may want to visit a Mark Twain Exhibition at Kennesaw State
College in Marietta, GA. Marietta is about 20 miles north of Atlanta, and
KSC is very close to I75, off Exit 117, the major interstate highway through
Georgia.
The exhibition will contain original manuscripts, first editions, artifacts,
memorabilia, photographs, and images of Mark Twain. Also it will have his
personal high-wheel bicycle. On June 3 and June 11 there will be a lecture
and impersonation of Twain by Dr. Marvin Cole. The exhibition will be in
the
Horace W. Sturgis Library.
Admission is free. For information, call (770) 423-6186.
