In regard to the location of Moniac machines, I understood the original query was in
regard to those which are located in the US. But as other offshore machines have been
mentioned, for completeness let me mention that there is one in the Economics Department
at the University of Melbourne and another can be located at the New Zealand Institute of
Economic Research in Wellington.
