I have been away for the last week and am just getting
caught up on emails.  

You reference the "WHO-IAPO Patient for Patient Safety
program" in which "the dissenting voice is the one
which will be the one(s) to make change. There is
truth in the dissenting voice and it goes unheeded.
Rather than 'embrace' that voice, it is considered an
impediment to progress. Strange."  

I haven't seen this document and am wondering if you
or someone else has a url reference.  It would be
useful to have for a group I am working with who want
to submit a report re:  problem gambling globally to
the WHO (all voices of dissent around the increasing
corporate (and government promoted) globalization of
gambling as an engine for so-called economic
development).
