The web address of the Bristol (copy of Rod Hay's) archive of texts for the 
history of economics has changed to
http://www.efm.bristol.ac.uk/het/index.htm
i.e. the second element in the url changes from ecn to efm.

The old address will work for the indefinite future, but it would be good 
to change any pointers in case the redirection eventually falters. Other 
ecn.bristol addresses such as my personal web page change in the same way. 
(the element bristol in the address can be shortened to bris - they are 
equivalent.)
