Dear Colleagues,

It gives me great pleasure to announce that, at the 2007 Society Conference in June, the HES Executive unanimously agreed that Marcel Boumans and Evelyn Forget will serve as co-editors of the journal when Steve Medema steps down, in 2008.  Please join us in congratulating Evelyn and Marcel as they take on this new role.

In addition, we are pleased to let you know that, beginning in 2008, the journal will be published by the University of Cambridge Press.  This promising new arrangement is a testimony to the good work that Steve Medema has done over the years.  We owe Steve a debt of gratitude.
