From: Valerie Cauchemez, Local Organiser Re:   Buffet-Reception and Conference Banquet 
 
Come June 19th, it will be too late for last-minute inscriptions for that 
(Friday) evening's Buffet-Reception.  Those who have changed their mind 
and now wish to participate in this event should let me know as soon as 
possible by e-mail or fax.  
 
Similarly, for the Sunday evening Conference Banquet, whilst there will be 
some flexibility, it would be best if those not yet included but now 
wishing to attend could make themselves known to me as soon as possible.
