[The following inquiry was received today on TCH-ECON. I thought there
might be someone here who could help. Please respond to the HES list,
but you can also send Professor Judd a reply as well.--RBE]
One of my micro students has asked about the term "Norlandean horn." Her
father remembers the term from his economics course at U of Colo-Boulder in
the 1970s. My student thinks the term may be related to cornucopia. I
have
checked my economics dictionaries, The New Palgrave and dictionary.com with
no
success. My student will feel cheated if her micro course does not include
Norlandean horn. Does anyone have knowledge/definition of Norleandean
horn?
