We are writing a paper on "What is Something Worth."  We should appreciate 
comments or references to the literature on the following issues. 
1. Is the question, "What is something worth?" synonymous with the question 
"What is something worth relative to something else?" 
2. Absent opportunity cost, can (relative) worth be measured? 
3. In the classical and modern literature, what are the views of the 
meaning of (relative) worth?
