For the information of this list, a new E-Journal designed to do  
exactly what this list has been asking for is in final stages of  
testing, and should be publically online in January or February of  
2001. This refereed journal will be a general economics journal, with  
a subeditor for HET and another one for EH. It will compete with  
Economic Letters. When more information is available for general  
dissemination, I will (as one of its Associate Editors, for HET) post  
full information on this list.
