On textbooks not counting: 
 
Yes, hmmm.  And then there's the little problem of The Inquiry into the 
Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations.  If it was used as a textbook 
entire--or just the Public Finance book within it--must it be disqualified? 
Or, does an original source become a textbook when it is used that way? 
 
Perhaps we should form a committee to develop the criteria for classifying 
an original work as a textbook.  Of course, there might be a minority 
report.
